Where do you ship?

We currently ship worldwide from the UK. 

The customer is responsible for any duties or custom taxes that may apply. 

What is your processing time?

Our standard processing time is 5-7 days. For made to order items such as t-shirts and sweatshirts, the processing time is up to 14 days although we will ship items out as soon as possible if we have the blanks ready to go. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page where you can also choose shipping upgrades.

How do I track my order?

If you have upgraded to tracked shipping or chosen a product which has tracked shipping already (see above) then your tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

How can I contact you?

You can use the chat function on the website, email us at info@romantasydesigns.com or send us a DM on Instagram @romantasydesigns. We will aim to respond to any queries within 24 hours.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes – you can find them here.

Do you sell digital downloads?

Our collection of digital downloads is currently only available via our ETSY shop here.

Do you do commissions?
