About Romantasy Designs

Here at Romantasy Designs we love books just as much as our customers! We were established in 2019 by owner Kiaya Thomas, initially selling her original paintings and prints in her online shop: "Kiayasart". 

By 2020 Kiaya had expanded from painting into digital illustrations, and began creating art inspired by one of her biggest passions - books. Since then, KiayasArt became her full time job and quickly grew into a literary inspired business. 

We have now rebranded to Romantasy Designs and create a range of literary inspired products, all of which are illustrated by Kiaya and designed to capture the magic of some of our favourite books, and bring it into real life.

About Kiaya

Hi, I'm Kiaya, the owner and creator behind Romantasy Designs. I live in England with my fiancé and two cats (Minnie and Orion).

I graduated university with a degree and masters in Law, and started my career as a discrimination and employment lawyer working for a small charity. 

However, since I was a child I have always loved to read, draw and create. I began KiayasArt as a creative outlet, and very quickly realised that this was my true passion. A few years later, I left my legal career to run KiayasArt full time - and I have never looked back! I am so excited to relaunch my bookish shop as Romantasy Designs and I hope you find something you love in my shop!

When I am not working on Romantasy Designs, I am a typical introvert who loves reading, all things fantasy, and cosy days at home spent drawing and drinking hot tea.
